Our project stands out as a testament to tailored excellence, aligning precisely with the homeowner's aspirations for a multigenerational, functional yet aesthetically inviting home. Throughout the renovation, we navigated the challenge of the client's indecisiveness, by providing guidance and support in order to adhere to project timeline and budget. 

This project aligns with the homeowner's goals as every decision and detail is rooted in a client-centric focus. The exterior showcases a harmonious blend of stucco, wood, and stone, which manipulate masses to create dynamic elevations that exude volume and character. In the interior, we integrated two primary bedrooms in the design in order to cater to the homeowners' multigenerational needs, fostering an atmosphere of togetherness. Additionally, we capitalized on an open floor plan on the main floor, to allow for this culturally diverse family to be further involved in their passions of culinary and generational bonding, ‘Hosting', ‘Gathering', ‘Sharing', and ‘Learning'. 

The overall color scheme of this renovation is inspired by Scandinavian design; blends serene whites, soft grays, and natural wood tones. This not only imparts a timeless elegance but also amplifies the home's airiness, tranquility, and sophistication.
