Built on Group was the first tenant to begin construction in a new building, delivering a comprehensive project that included design, permitting, and construction services. The space features over 65 real estate offices, five boardrooms, a server room, staff lounge, two copy centres, and executive rooms, accommodating more than 200 people.

The reception area was custom-designed to be client-friendly and highlighted with luxurious millwork. Completed within five months, this project showcases Pionova’s ability to efficiently organize and adapt, demonstrating strong project management and execution skills in a complex environment.
