In 2019, we partnered with RE/MAX Hallmark to execute a complete interior build-out tailored to their new program requirements. The project had a broad scope and was completed under a tight schedule and budget. Spanning three floors, the space now features 26 offices, 4 client rooms, 2 staff lounges, a luxurious client lounge, accessible elevator access, and dedicated washrooms for both men and women on each floor.

Our team provided comprehensive interior design services, including furniture procurement, wallpaper selection, and the creation of a cohesive colour mood board. With significant custom millwork involved, close coordination through frequent meetings ensured every detail was addressed and installation was seamless. Despite the compressed timeline, the project was successfully delivered with precision and quality.
