His expertise spans large-scale capital delivery, systems infrastructure, and full-cycle project execution across both public and private sectors.

He also brings extensive experience in luxury residential and commercial development, overseeing projects from planning and design coordination through permitting, procurement, and construction delivery, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.

Sam currently serves as Global Head of Business Development at Pionova, where he leads strategic growth, partnerships, and expansion across North America and international markets.
