BILD Award Ceremony 2025

Our office strives for excellence in project delivery, aiming to create award-winning developments. We have consistently participated in prestigious industry awards, including OHBA, BiLD, and CHBA, over the past years. These award programs recognize outstanding achievements in the home building and development industry, and we are proud to have been recognized among the top contenders in our field. 

This year, alongside our submissions to OHBA, BILD and CHBA, we embarked on a new challenge by submitting for the esteemed International Property Awards. Although the project we like to submit for has not begun construction, we opted to submit a completed project to familiarize ourselves with the award’s requirements and processes. To ensure a cohesive and compelling submission, we convened an office meeting where project managers and coordinators shared their insights on design, construction methods, and challenges. This collaborative effort brought together diverse perspectives and expertise, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the project’s strengths and unique features.

The meeting was highly productive, with team members actively engaging in discussions and sharing their knowledge and experiences. The outcome was a series of polished drafts for submission, positioning us for success in the awards. By working together and leveraging our collective expertise, we were able to create a compelling narrative that showcases our project’s innovative design, exceptional craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. We are excited to submit our entry and look forward to the opportunity to showcase our work. Regardless of the outcome, we are confident that this experience has prepared us for future award submissions and reinforced our commitment to delivering exceptional projects that exceed our clients’ expectations.
